We accept exchanges within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with their original packaging.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability, as our collections are produced in limited editions.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defects.
We accept returns within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and with their original packaging.
Once the return is received and inspected, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order presents a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos of the item.
In these cases, Atelier Bonamy will cover the cost of the exchange or replacement at no additional charge.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, used, or improperly handled.
Items purchased during special promotions, sales, or discounted events are final sale and not eligible for returns, unless defective.
